Life Coaching Session Rates

Individual One on One Coaching
$100 per 60 minute session
The cost for any additional time will be decided in advance of scheduled appointment,
you will be charged upon agreement.

Couple's Coaching
$150 per 90 minute session
The cost for any additional time will be decided in advance of scheduled appointment, you will be charged upon agreement. (The initial individual sessions are charged as per the one on one coaching rates above.)

Group Coaching
$30 per person for 120 minute session
Minimum of 6 participants
Discounted rates available for larger groups

E-Coaching
$90 per month for up to 25 emails
or
$5 per e-mail

Personal Coaching
$350 per month for 200 anytime minutes
Personal coaching is a luxury option for those wishing to recruit a personal coach who they can call on as needed. Whether you need a full session or just a few minutes to share some challenges, you use your minutes as you choose. If we are unavailable when you contact us, you will be called back as soon possible. Upon callback we will book you into the first available session we have (guaranteed to be within 24 hours).
