Are you enjoying your life?


Is the quality time you spend with yourself and others giving you all the excitement you are looking for?  Spending quality time with family and friends requires effort for some people. Sometimes you can get caught up in focusing on work, school, home projects, or just the large amount of responsibilities you face as a person on the planet. Take some time away from the craziness and make a plan to spend time doing some of the things you enjoy. 


 
 
Do you have a sense of fulfillment when it comes to fun and excitement?

 It is amazing to see how many people answer "no" to this question. Coaching can help you by creating ideas to increase your satisfaction with the amount of time you are smiling, laughing, and feeling excited. This process can be fun in itself. Fun and excitement have such different meaning to each and every one of us.  There are so many small changes you can make to increase your sense of enjoyment.

 
 
 
Do you have laughter in your life?

Laughing brings on a change of heart.  When you laugh you become happier, smile more and feel more at peace. Laughing is so important for self-enrichment.  It creates an amazing feeling within.  Laughter strengthens your immune system, which in turn helps you recover from illness. As research states, when you laugh it reduces the amount of stress hormones (such as adrenaline and cortisol) that are swimming around in your body.  In the body these hormones cause stress and tension, eventually leading to the breakdown of your healthy cells. Laughing prevents their release creating an overall sense of well being for all the cells that makeup who you are.  By preventing the release of these hormones you are better able to focus, concentrate and be present for all of the amazing things that are going on around you.  Laughter will help you be free to grow and thrive in this incredible universe.


 
   

Do you enjoy the outdoors?


  Do you spend much time outside?  The benefits of nature have such a calming effect on the soul. This is evidenced when you take the time to connect with the outdoors. Have you ever just sat outside on a sunny day and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it?  It seems as though everything in the world is good. Nature brings that out in you.  The more you take time to enjoy the outdoors, the happier you will feel. Try it sometime!

 
 
 
 
 
What do you like to do?

Coaching can help you to design a plan that meets your idea of fun and excitement.  You  will work togetherwith your coach to find some of the things that you really enjoy.  When you take the time to think about what it is that makes you happy, you will be surprised at how easy it is to create a plan.
